Employers will probably review a resume first before inviting someone for an interview. the resume, therefore, is crucial to job search success. A resume should be straightforward, easy to read, and showcase the best achievements and accomplishments.

THE PROBLEM
Time-consuming process and inability to monitor performance
Job seekers often face challenges in creating and managing their CVs effectively. Traditional methods involve manual formatting, poor user experience, and lack of guidance.
Additionally, monitoring and tracking the performance of CVs and optimizing them for specific job opportunities can be a daunting task. The lack of a streamlined and user-friendly solution reducing their chances of landing their desired jobs.

According to my findings, no product offers exactly the same value that I aimed for.
However, I will review here some competitors who deal with the same topic of work-related platforms, and have similar objectives.
linkedin is a great platform to showcase your abilities. however, linkedIn is a social network and not a pure "cv's creator tool".

After understanding the target audience's pain points and researching the competitors, I approached the interface design based on the goals and objectives.
Pick Your Template
At the beginning of the process of creating the resume, the user chooses the template he prefers from several options, so he doesn't have to deal with hierarchy and design issues.
Start Building Your Resume
Welcome to the resume creation process. The app will accompany the user through the entire process and help him fill out the resume in an optimal and convenient way step by step.
Personal Details
To simplify the entire process, I divided it into two parts. The first part is everything related to the user's personal details while the second part includes all the professional information.
Use Smart Tools
Users will be able to fill their details using advanced tools like autocorrect or rewrite with the assistance of AI.
Personalization
The user Complete his personalization by adding his values and social networks links. The app offers 'suggestions', etc., to continue helping the user.
Manage Your CV's Performance
Once the resume has been created, the user can take actions such as editing and adjusting it, and receive insights and analytics for the resume in the management dashboard.
Dashboard Screen
In this screen, the user will be able to track the activity of the resume and receive information and analyzes such as the amount of views, Click-through Rates, notifications and much more.
Create Multiple CVs
users can create different versions of resumes based on the jobs they are interested in, without damaging the current version of their resume.
