"Network" is a unique community created to facilitate connections among high-tech professionals through tennis meetups. With 250 members from various hi-tech companies, the tennis community enables them to get to know one another through tennis meetings and special tennis conferences, as well as booking tennis courts for individual and group games.

THE PROBLEM
There is no platform that centralizes all the needs of community members
Today, community members find it difficult to enjoy the benefits of the community in a convenient and orderly manner. They use one app to communicate with each other and a different app to book tennis courts.
Furthermore, they cannot view future events or view community members in an orderly manner and the purpose of making connections is lacking.

In order to learn user's behaviour and to better understand their difficulties and needs.

Organize a game with a community member I don't know, and can't get helpful information about on the app
I find it challenging to book a court in one platform and invite a friend in other platform

In these days, the community is using an application called 'Arbox', for booking courts and managing all memberships and subscriptions.
Arbox
Arbox is an all-in-one management platform for fitness, wellness, teaching, and courses businesses, designed to streamline their operations and grow their business, By combining features like scheduling, customer communication, payment processing etc.
Pros:
convenient and simple payment system

Easily navigate between dates
Cons:
The app does not include any pictures of tennis courts for illustration purposes
Information about community members is lacking, which is essential for connections
Posting an offer for a game is not possible without booking a court
Community members cannot communicate and coordinate within the app

Playtomic is a leading app for sport venues. Through the app, players can search and book courts for padel and tennis, meet new players, find rivals, join groups with other players, improve their level or book lessons.
